Support Operation Teen Book Drop

Readergirlz, along with GuysLitWire, YALSA and If I Can Read I Can Do Anything, are orchestrating the 2010 Operation Teen Book Drop, where thousands of new Young Adult books, donated by publishers, will be delivered to teens on Native American reservations that need new reading materials. Nationwide, librarians, authors and readers are dropping Young Adult books in their own communities tomorrow, April 15th, to raise awareness for this project and Support Teen Literature Day.

So what are we saying? Go to the Operation Teen Book Drop site on readergirlz, then download, print and paste bookplates into the teen books you want to drop out in the world. Tomorrow, April 15th, leave these books in a public place -- at your bus stop, on a park bench, outside a grocery store. Whoever finds your book will know they're a part of Operation Teen Book Drop too!

It's the perfect way to donate books and support Young Adult Literature. Want to learn more? Watch the video:
