Q&A: Dance Moms Star Chloe Lukasiak

Who watches Dance Moms on Lifetime? Um, I do! The drama between instructor Abbey Lee Miller and her students' moms (and sometimes the students themselves) is riveting. Plus, the dancing is seriously top notch (see a video of one amazing solo). We got a chance to talk to Chloe Lukasiak, 11, one of the top dancers in the company, and we jumped at it. Here's what she had to say: I Heart Daily: What is the best part about dancing? Chloe Lukasiak: I love performing on stage! That's the best part for me.

IHD: And the toughest part? CL: Sometimes, it's hard to balance school, filming and dance.

IHD: Do you have a favorite performance? CL: It was the night I won Junior Miss Dance of Pennsylvania -- that was amazing. But I also loved when I did the Black Swan duet with Maddie last year at Nationals (pictured, Chloe on left). I had just forgotten my solo onstage and I wanted to prove to everyone watching that I wasn't going to let that stop me. So I went out and danced my heart out! It was a great feeling.

IHD: What's your ultimate dancing dream? CL: I would love to be on Broadway or a Rockette. Or in a dance movie, like Center Stage.

IHD: Any words of encouragement for other kids who dream of dancing like you do? CL: Work hard, never give up and don't listen to anyone who says you can't do it. You can, trust me.

Aw, thanks, Chloe! Follow this star on twitter and seriously, watch the show. You know, for the dancing.
