New York Fashion Week is in full force, people. Just as we're closing out winter, the trends are being set for fall. And while my spring clothes are still in storage (thanks a lot Nemo), there have been a few looks that already have me longing for autumn! Designer Charlotte Ronson is known for her always on point, cool girl style, so it's no surprise that we loved her Ready-to-Wear collection. Combined textures of tweeds, leathers and floral patterns gave an attitude of a sophisticated punk rock lady.
We especially loved this look for its schoolgirl-gone-truant spirit, and recreated it for a much (much) smaller price tag with this navy, glitter tweed skirt from Target and faux leather top (pictured) from Forever 21.
We have to get through two more seasons, but on the first day of fall, we've got an outfit ready to go!
PS-We're guest blogging over at Shoptiques for the week! Check out our post on statement pieces under $50. And if you haven't done so already, enter our sweepstakes for a chance to win a pretty dress and some rad nail art!
