A Single-Striped Nail for Fall

With modern Hong Kong as inspiration, Paul Andrew's Spring/Summer 2016 collection features bright colors and complex textures. We love the shoes, and we also took note of the nails by Essie. The clean metallic stripe is simple but sleek. Here's how to recreate it:

1. Apply first base base coat to clean, filed nails

2. Apply one coat of allure

3. Apply one coat of au natural

4. Starting 1/3 inch down from the tip of the nail, use a striping brush to create a thin, horizontal stripe with no place like chrome on both thumb nails

5. On other fingers, use a striping brush to create a thin, vertical stripe down the center of the nail with no place like chrome

6. Finish with gel.setter top coat

So pretty!
